Progress Meeting with Exchange of Good Practice

Progress Meeting with Exchange of Good Practice was held online on 21th April 2021.
A very interesting meeting in which CPA of G. Bomba  shared with the other partners the experience of the online course  "Digital Enterprise" of the Erasmus+ Disability Youth Worker project.
CPA provided an in-depth introduction to their online course. Modular examples were introduced and Partners participated in ‘ice breaker’ exercises that Italy have found to work particularly well in breaking down barriers and integrating shy students.
Great effort has been taken to ensure the structure of the course keeps students motivated and the learning
experience fun. Students are their own protagonists of learning. Development and informal learning also flows from the conversations with peers and tutors and from simply being part of a group that can share challenges, experiences, culture and ideas. CPA confirmed that Partners would receive a link and will be able to access the course as a guest to enable
a more in-depth look at the course content.

Shape & Cre8te presented an overview of key National Youth Initiatives in the UK and presented a Case Study
on a local Charity, RefugeeYouth. This organisation was created in 2002 to support refugee youth work in
London communities and introduced initiatives to help bring young refugees together. The organisation runs a
range of different projects, including weekly youth groups, creative workshops, arts events, summer
programmes, residential activities, advocacy projects and research projects. The youth involved have
identified good practice together with ‘Do’s; Don’t checklist which was shared with Partners.
